Joshua PLETT, DOB: 1/1/1981, of 1103 Iowa Avenue, Muscatine, was sentenced after pleading guilty to two counts of delivery of a controlled substance, each a class "D" felony. The Court granted the defendant's request for a deferred judgment and placed the defendant on probation. The arrest and prosecution of PLETT was the result of an investigation by the Muscatine County Drug Task Force where he sold an ounce of marijuana on two separate occasions in April, 2011.
The sentencing occurred October 7, 2011, before Muscatine County District Judge Paul Macek.
