AUSTIN DIETRICH (DOB: 3/25/1988), of Muscatine was sentenced after pleading guilty to two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Investigation by the Muscatine County Drug Task Force showed that the defendant delivered marijuana on two occasions to a confidential source. The total amount transacted was approximately 1.5 ounces. The Court imposed a suspended sentence of incarceration and placed the defendant on supervised probation for a period of two years.
