Muscatine County District Court - 9/13/2013

MANUEL NUNEZ (DOB: 6/28/1981), of Muscatine, was sentenced following his guilty plea to burglary in the second degree and domestic abuse assault while displaying a weapon. Investigation by the Muscatine Police Department showed that NUNEZ entered the residence of a former girlfriend and during an argument picked up a kitchen knife. The Court suspended a ten year prison sentence on the burglary charge and imposed a 187 day jail sentence with 180 days suspended on the assault charge.


MADISON PRUISNER (DOB: 3/4/1994), of Muscatine, pled guilty to three counts of criminal mischief in the second degree. Investigation by the Muscatine Police Department showed that PRUISNER defaced three different motor vehicles parked at Muscatine High School. In each case the damage was in excess of $1,000. PRUISNER will be sentenced October 25, 2013, at 9:00 a.m.


DARCI HUDSON (DOB: 3/24/1983), of Muscatine, pled guilty to delivery of a controlled substance. Investigation by the Muscatine County Drug Task Force showed that HUDSON has sold the prescription drug Adderall to a confidential informant. HUDSON will be sentenced October 25, 2013, at 9:15 a.m.
