ERNESTO OROZCO, (DOB: 6/25/1990), of Muscatine, was sentenced for Criminal Mischief in the Second Degree. He received a deferred judgment and was placed on supervised probation for two years and ordered to pay restitution. Investigation by the Muscatine County Sheriff's Office showed that OROZCO damaged a motor vehicle owned by his girlfriend.
BONNIE HUDSON, (DOB: 7/2/1980), of Muscatine, pled guilty to Delivery of a Controlled Substance. Investigation by the Muscatine County Drug Task Force showed that HUDSON delivered the prescription drug Xanax to an informant. She will be sentenced on November 1, 2013, at 9:30 a.m.
GEOFF MCVAY, (DOB: 7/1/1981), of Norway, Iowa, pled guilty to Delivery of a Simulated Controlled Substance. During an investigation by the Muscatine County Drug Task Force he sold simulated heroin to an undercover detective. MCVAY will be sentenced November 1, 2013, at 9:15 a.m.
