Today in Muscatine County District Court JOSHUA LEI HOGUE, DOB: 9/29/1986, formerly of 218 Cook Street, Muscatine, was sentenced to two counts of domestic abuse assault - third or subsequent offense. HOGUE received concurrent sentences of incarceration for terms not to exceed five years on each count. He will be required to serve one year of the prison sentence before being eligible for parole. HOGUE was arrested by officers of the Muscatine Police Department on September 25, 2011, when they responded to his residence for a report that he had assaulted two family members.
