November 23, 2011:
RAMIRO CISNEROS, DOB: 1/10/1983, of Cicero, Illinois, pled guilty to Delivery of a Controlled Substance, marijuana. The offense is a class "D" felony. CISNEROS delivered approximately three pounds of marijuana during an undercover investigation by the Muscatine County Drug Task Force. The delivery occurred in May, 2010. CISNEROS will be sentenced December 30, 2011, at 9:00 a.m.
