November 23, 2011:
Today in Muscatine County District Court JEFFREY SLUTTS, DOB: 6/12/1987, was sentenced to two counts of violation of Iowa's sex offender registry law. The Court imposed concurrent sentences of incarceration of a term not to exceed five years imprisonment on each count.
SLUTTS had previously been convicted of violating the registry requirements in four prior cases. His arrest and prosecution was the result of an investigation by the Muscatine County Sheriff's Office. SLUTTS was subject to the registry due to having been adjudicated delinquent for a sexual abuse charge when he was 14 years of age.
