DATHAN LUTH, DOB: 10/9/1979, of Muscatine, pleaded guilty to Theft in the Second Degree. The charge was the result of an investigation by the Muscatine Police Department into a vehicle stolen in Muscatine and recovered in Clinton County, Illinois. LUTH will be sentenced July 18, 2014, at 9:00 a.m.
TYLER HOWELL, DOB: 6/10/1995, of Muscatine, pleaded guilty to Lascivious Acts with a Child following an investigation by the Muscatine Police Department. HOWELL solicited a child under the age of 14 to perform a sex act with him. HOWELL will be sentenced July 25, 2014, at 9:00 a.m.
ERIC MONTELONGO, DOB: 10/6/1986, of West Liberty, was sentenced for two counts of Delivery of a Controlled Substance after an investigation by the Muscatine County Drug Task Force showed that MONTELONGO delivered cocaine on two occasions. He received concurrent prison terms of not to exceed ten years on each count.
CODY WHITE, DOB: 7/11/1989, of Cedar Rapids, was sentenced for Eluding and Operating While Intoxicated. He received a suspended five year prison term for eluding and 180 days jail for the OWI. The case was investigated by the Muscatine County Sheriff's Office and Muscatine Police Department.
CODY MOUSTY, DOB: 9/12/1991, of Muscatine, was sentenced for Forgery, Credit Card Fraud, Theft in the Third Degree, and Burglary in the Third Degree. He received a total prison term of not to exceed five years. The case was investigated by the Muscatine Police Department.
DONALD CLARK, III, DOB: 9/12/1972, of Muscatine, was sentenced for Possession of a Precursor Substance. He received a suspended five year prison sentence and was placed on probation. The case was investigated by the Muscatine Police Department.
NELSON MOLINA, DOB: 8/23/1986, of Muscatine, was sentenced for Burglary in the Second Degree and received a suspended ten year prison sentence and was ordered to complete the Residential Correctional Facility program. The case was investigated by the Muscatine Police Department.
VICTOR ZAMUDIO, DOB: 1/8/1994, of Muscatine was sentenced to a prison term of not to exceed five years after the Court found that he had violated the terms of his probation for the offense of Trafficking in Stolen Weapons.
