TYLER HOWELL, DOB: 6/10/1995, of Muscatine, was sentenced after pleading guilty to Lascivious Acts with a Child, a class "D" felony. Investigation by the Muscatine Police Department showed that HOWELL solicited a child under the age of 12 to engage in a sex act. The Court sentenced the defendant to an indeterminate prison term of not to exceed five years and imposed a fine of $7,500.
