TROY RHODES, DOB: 7/2/1979, of Muscatine, pleaded guilty and was sentenced for the offense of Assault with Intent to Commit Sexual Abuse. Due to a prior conviction for the same offense the punishment was doubled and he was sentenced to a total indeterminate term of not to exceed four years in prison. He must serve 85% of the maximum term before being eligible for parole and will be on supervised release for ten years following the completion of his prison sentence. Investigation by the Muscatine Police Department showed that RHODES touched an adult female in her groin area with the intent to sexually abuse her.

DAVID ROY RICKEY, SR., DOB: 3/27/1951, of Muscatine was sentenced after being found guilty at a jury trial of the offense of Sexual Abuse in the Second Degree. Investigation by the Muscatine Police Department showed that he fondled the genitals of a six year old child in the year 2003. The Court imposed a sentence of imprisonment for a term not to exceed 25 years. RICKEY must serve 70% of the maximum term before being eligible for parole.
